Anti-aging masks at home. Recipes for anti-aging masks

refreshing face mask

The result of using a refreshing mask will soon be the same. Therefore, a refreshing mask is essential before a date, visiting, public speaking - when you need to be in shape in a short period of time.

Choose refreshing masks with a lifting and calming effect - they are the most effective.

If anti-aging masks were produced at an earlier age in the form of creams or gels, anti-aging masks with activators are seen today, such as anti-wrinkle patches with collagen and retinol. They are easy to use: such a patch is glued to the problem area, and after a while the wrinkles will be made out. There are also special anti-aging mask applicators for whole areas - the face and neck. They are strips filled with an active composition of a special material.

Young skin can be rejuvenated with DIY anti-aging masks. Homemade cosmetics are less effective for aging skin. However, it is sometimes worth bothering your face with vitamins, exchanging purchased masks with natural ones.

Honey refreshing face mask

Mix 2 teaspoons of honey with a small grated apple and a tablespoon of olive oil. Apply the mixture in a thin layer on the skin. Leave for 3-4 minutes, then remove with a cotton swab dipped in warm milk.

Refreshing yeast mask

Dilute the yeast with a sour cream consistency, add olive oil to the mask and apply it in layers on the face. Apply the first layer of the refreshing mask first, then after 3-4 minutes, when the layer is dry, apply the second one. There are only three layers. Leave the anti-aging yeast mask on for 20 minutes, then rinse in boiled or mineral water. The mask smoothes wrinkles, causes blood flow, causing a slight blush on the face.

Herculean refreshing mask

Grind 100 g of rolled oats in a coffee grinder, pour a glass of warm milk, add 1 tbsp. tablespoon of vegetable oil, mix and apply a refreshing mask on the face and neck for 20 minutes. After the procedure, be sure to apply moisturizer on your face.

It's interesting

German scientists have established a relationship between wrinkles and the amount of vegetables and fruits we eat. It turned out that people who eat a lot of fruits and vegetables have far fewer wrinkles than those who do not eat much of them. Red fruits and vegetables are most effective in fighting wrinkles. For example, paprika, tomatoes, grapefruit. They are rich in antioxidants, especially vitamins A, C and E. They neutralize harmful oxidative reactions in the body that contribute to premature aging.
